Your prose is stunning!! Loved the part where you said "Entire civilizations had risen and fallen on the coasts of this ocean, and the tide just continues coming in and going out. Twice a day, every day, for millions of years — long before the first human stood on a beach and tried to make sense of it all." I just subscribed and can wait to read more

I have never been to Carolina coast but I really want to visit there. I love the way you mentioned about ‘Just to be here, aware and present, while we still can’ 🌸✨

It's an awesome charming place. The show Outer Banks captured the vibes pretty well in season 1. I'm glad you enjoyed it. 🤙🏼🌊

Sitting alone on the Carolina coast, under a sky full of stars, I felt the weight of time in a way I never had before. The ocean stretched out as a dark, endless body, the waves catching traces of starlight, indifferent to me and everything I worried about. Planes passed overhead like tiny moving constellations, carrying strangers to places I’ve never been over water that has existed longer than our history.

In that moment, life felt both impossibly vast and beautifully small. All my worries, my plans, my ambitions—they were ripples compared to the timeless rhythm of the tides. The earth keeps spinning, the stars keep burning, and for a brief moment, I was simply here, aware and alive, part of it all.

Sometimes, the most grounding thing we can do is sit with the universe and remember our place in it.

When our own little world feels chaotic or overwhelming, it helps to connect with the universe and see the bigger picture.

There are so many things happening outside of our control. If we focus on being positive, grateful, and doing one task at a time, then we will always get to a better place.
